A LABOR DAY TRIBUTE TO ALL
Most of us think of Labor Day as the end of summer, a milestone celebrated with backyard barbeques, beach outings, and maybe a long weekend getaway. Few of us regard the holiday for its auspicious mark on history and the betterment of our general labor force. Workers' rights are taken for granted by the general population, and therefore the day passes without introspection about our rights to be treated fairly by our employers. Very few Americans stop to reflect on the working man, on labor, on the union movement or any of those things.
The American worker has indeed come a long way since 1894. Elite Home Health Care would like to acknowledge our loyal work force, especially those dedicated to providing quality home health care services to our community. We strive towards providing our skilled health aides and professional staff with ongoing support and training, so they may make a positive impact on the families we serve, while meeting their own their professional goals.
